Nicole replied, “I love you. You’re my Jaspie, and you’re always gentle, thoughtful, and capable of anything.”
I hadn’t even gotten on the Internet before Tyler started cursing at them online. “Hope that the slut and the dog will be together
forever.”
There was a huge reaction from people online.
I only gave Jasper a short reply. “Wait for your second subpoena.”
Soon, Jasper came to ambush me at my door, looking as if he had gone crazy. “Aria, how could you be so ruthless! Why did you have to bring that incident up again? You know I was a victim! I’m innocent!”
I snorted. “If you’re innocent, then wasn’t Dad innocent too? He knew that he wasn’t going to live much longer, but he endured
prison for you and died from his illness there! I didn’t even get to see him one last time! How did you repay him, and how did you
treat his only daughter?”
Jasper said viciously, “Don’t you know that this is going to kill me? Once I get investigated, the company is sure to be affected.”
I was expressionless. “We’re already divorced. What happens to you doesn’t concern me. I want to clear Dad’s name.”
“Aria! You’re ruthless!”
Jasper was enraged and wanted to hit me, but the bodyguards I had hired stopped him. “Mr. Smith, please watch your actions.
Otherwise, we’ll call the police.”
“Damn you! Don’t you work for me? Who allowed you to work at another company?” Jasper broke down completely.
My lip curled. “Jasper, when I’m in a good mood, I don’t care about you taking what belongs to the Carltons. When I’m not in a good mood, I’ll take those things back any time I want to. Sorry, but the security company was always my family’s.”
Jasper looked grim. “Don’t regret this, Aria!”
He left in a huff after threatening me. However, I didn’t even get a chance to regret it. The case back then was reopened for
investigation, and Jasper was immediately investigated.

The proof I submitted had been left behind by Dad. Before he went to prison, he had carefully collected all the proof about how he’d gone to jail in Jasper’s stead and handed it all to a lawyer for safekeeping.
He loved me so much, and he had worried that no one would support me once he was gone. That was why he had left it to me as insurance.
Jasper had never imagined that he would be abandoned by everyone once again.
Nicole ran off as soon as he received the subpoena from the court. She stole everything of value that Jasper had bought her and withdrew all the money from the bank card he’d given her. She ran off with another man without saying a word.
A photo of the two of them at the airport was uploaded on the Internet. I wondered what Jasper would think when he saw it.
