He was so focused on Hannah that he did not bother to figure things out. His hand holding the information tightened, and his body began to tremble.
Anthony suddenly burst into tears when he heard that Andrea was dead. He suddenly remembered that there was a child in the kindergarten who had not come for a while.
Only after asking the teacher did he know that the child’s mom had suddenly died in a car accident. He did not understand the concept of death, but the teacher told him that it meant that the deceased would never come back and see them again.

Chapter 1
425 BONUS
Anthony wondered, ‘So is Mom never coming back? Will I ever see Mom again?‘
After a series of shocks and bad news, Anthony could not take it anymore. He instantly fainted from all the crying Gabriel instinctively went to pick Anthony up, yet he vomited blood as soon as he got up.
It was the Fulton family’s first funeral in 30 years. Last time, Fred’s wife died. This time, it was Gabriel’s wife that died.
The guests wondered why all of them died and whether it was because Fred and Gabriel both cheated on their wives.
Gabriel knelt numbly in front of Andrea’s portrait. He could not stop thinking about what his assistant told him that day at the crematorium.
They said Andrea went to the crematorium alone to make a reservation and that Andrea declined when the staff asked her about her loved ones. They also said Andrea asked the staff to scatter her ashes. She even refused to leave them a chance to pay her their respects.
Gabriel laughed bitterly, but the tears kept falling. It was not until he returned home to collect Andrea’s belongings that he learned how much Andrea hated them.
She did not leave anything for Gabriel and Anthony. She even deleted all of the photos of herself from his phone. He even obtained the photo used for her funeral from the police station. She really hated them.
Gabriel wept.
Anthony had been suffering from a high fever since Andrea’s death and was unable to attend her funeral.
Even though Gabriel sought out many doctors to treat Anthony, he could not recover completely and had to drop out of school and rest at home.
