“Has your lust taken over your brain that you can’t even read anymore?”
Humiliation and anger burbled in Soren. “How dare you?”
At that point, Zach bore a hideous frown like never before. “Jules… So, our child died all because you wanted to rescue Eliza—”
“It has nothing to do with Elsie. When Elsie and I were sent to the hospital, the doctors assured me they could save the baby’s life. I just didn’t want to. After all, you wanted to arrest me and hoped the law would assign me the worst sentence possible,” said Juliet.
