It’s normal for her to be scared of staying in the hospital. I’m not going anywhere today. I’ll stay here with her. As for Charlie them will be other opportunities.”
His words made Dahlia think of her daughter’s condition, and she couldn’t bear to scold her any further

With Sandy’s sweet voice behind him, Charles left the ward and entered the elevator
As the elevator doors closed on his side, another set of doors opened, and Evelyn hurriedly stepped out. She went straight to the office of Charlie’s attending physician
